Cancellation & Payment Policy

Client Cancellation & Payments

1. Notice Period: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows for the possibility of booking another client in your now-available slot.

2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. The rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of the original booking.

3. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the session option price. This compensates me for the lost opportunity of a full-priced service.

4. No-shows: Failure to show up for your appointment, without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the session cost.

5. Emergencies/Unforeseen Circumstances: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the photographer's discretion in the case of emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances. I am great at working with you with unforeseen circumstances but my lease and expenses must be paid by the trade of my time. Your mutual respect is appreciated.

6. Payment Policy: Cancellation or no-show fees will be deducted from your prepaid retainer, with balances charged separately.

 

Photographer Cancellations

1. Photographer Notice: The photographer commits to giving as much notice as possible in the event that a rescheduling is required. Whenever feasible, a minimum of 48 hours' notice will be provided if we become unavailable.

2. Priority Rescheduling: You will be given priority to book another convenient slot. If a suitable time cannot be found within 30 days of the original appointment, you receive a full refund.

3. Inconvenience Compensation: In the event that Studio B must reschedule, we will provide you a discount on the current or future session of package.

4. Alternative Photographer: In cases where the photographer cannot attend the session due to an emergency and if the situation permits, an alternative professional photographer may be arranged to ensure that your goals are met.

5. Refund Policy: If the photographer has to reschedule and no suitable alternative time can be agreed upon, the client will receive a full refund of any retainer/deposit fees paid.
