End User License Agreement (EULA) Overview

All images created by Grateful B LLC, dba Studio B Photography & Gallery, are protected by U.S. copyright law. The use of any digital file, print, or reproduction is subject to the terms outlined in our End User License Agreements (EULAs).

What is a EULA?

An End User License Agreement (EULA) outlines how you are allowed to use the images purchased or delivered to you. These terms vary based on the type of session (headshots, portraits, fine art, commercial), intended use, and size of the digital files.

General Policy

  • All rights not expressly granted in writing remain with the photographer.
  • Digital files are not automatically licensed for unlimited personal or commercial use.
  • Redistribution or resale of images is prohibited.
  • Clients may not alter or modify images without written permission.
  • Use of images online typically requires visible credit and/or logo placement.

Common Licensing Scenarios

  • Headshots & Commercial Use: Includes a limited marketing license, allowing use for websites, business cards, LinkedIn, and promotional materials. Full terms included with delivery.
  • Portrait Sessions: Include a personal-use license for prints and sharing with friends/family. May not be used for commercial, resale, or publication without additional licensing.
  • Fine Art Prints: Purchased artwork is for display only. Reproduction or scanning is not permitted.
