Corporate Event Photography for Marketing-Driven Brands
Strategic coverage designed for content, credibility, and brand continuity.

Not Event Coverage. Marketing Documentation.
Studio B approaches corporate events as a marketing opportunity, not a photo assignment. Every image is captured with downstream use in mind—web, blog, social media, internal communications, and executive branding. The goal is not to document that an event happened, but to create visuals that extend its value long after the room clears.
We work alongside marketing teams, event planners, and leadership to ensure coverage aligns with brand tone, audience expectations, and real business objectives.
Experience That Shows Up Calm, Prepared, and On Brand
Since 1997, Studio B has been trusted to document corporate events, executive teams, and keynote speakers wherever organizations gather. From U.S. conferences to international destinations across Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, The Bahamas, and beyond, the work has consistently focused on professionalism, discretion, and marketing-ready results.
That same marketing-first approach has been applied locally for organizations with rigorous brand standards, including annual brand activations and large-scale internal events for the Northwest Interior Office of Starbucks Coffee Company.
For more than two decades, Studio B has also served as a lead photographer for major civic and foundation events, including the Portland Rose Festival. Additional work includes photographing keynote speakers and VIP portrait sessions for the Portland State University Foundation, including figures such as Queen Noor of Jordan, Magic Johnson, Rosalynn Carter, John Glenn, and Charlie Gibson, with controlled studio lighting and a calm, respectful presence tailored to high-security environments.
This depth of experience led to recognition for exceptional professionalism and direction under pressure, including being selected as the inaugural “Face of ITC” for a worldwide marketing campaign, highlighting how strong communication behind the camera elevates both the experience and the final imagery.

Planning Your Event Coverage
Corporate events vary widely in scope. Some organizations need efficient, on-site headshots for an entire team. Others need marketing-focused event imagery for future promotions. Many need both.
Because pricing depends on the combination of services, duration, and any travel involved, a brief planning conversation ensures clarity on scope, deliverables, and investment before anything is scheduled. Studio B is direct and transparent about pricing once the needs are clearly defined.
This is a working conversation, not a sales pitch.
Most event engagements fall into one of three categories:
On-site headshots only
Efficient, brand-consistent portraits during a company gathering. Pricing varies based on volume, setup, and location.Marketing-focused event coverage
Editorial-style imagery captured for web, blog, social, and internal communications.Combined coverage
On-site headshots plus marketing documentation, scoped together for efficiency and consistency.
Investment
Corporate event photography is scoped based on duration, deliverables, and usage needs. Most engagements fall within the ranges below.
Event coverages average between $200-400 per hour - including a full set of images from your event.
On-site headshots (group rate) reduce a single individual’s headshot from our $198 studio rate, down to as low as $40 per person in volume. (fully retouched final image selections.)

Final proposals are tailored after a brief conversation to ensure the coverage supports your marketing goals.
