Instructions for use of your digital gift card.
🎁 Redeeming Your Studio B Online Gift Card
1. Locate your gift-card email
After purchasing, you’ll receive an email from Studio B Photography & Gallery with a 16-digit code (this is your gift card number). Keep it handy or forward it to whoever will use it.
2. Choose what you’d like
Go to studiobpdx.com and book a session or purchase artwork as usual.
3. Apply your gift card at checkout
At the Payment screen, select Gift Card.
Enter the 16-digit code from your email.
If your total is less than or equal to the gift-card balance, the transaction completes automatically.
If your total is more than the available balance, Square will prompt you to add another payment method (credit/debit card) to cover the difference.
4. View remaining balance
You’ll see the updated balance in your confirmation email.

Enter your 16-digit code and the Studio B Photography & Gallery name to view remaining funds.
5. Reuse it until it’s empty
Each time you redeem, the system automatically deducts the amount spent.
You can use the same digital card again and again until the balance reaches $0.
🏢 For Company or Group Purchases
If your company purchased a bulk or discounted Studio B Gift Card to use toward staff sessions:
The card holds a total credit (e.g., $750) that can be used in increments (e.g., $150 per staff member).
Share the same gift-card email or code internally, or contact Brian to request multiple digital copies for distribution.
Each redemption automatically lowers the remaining balance—no manual tracking needed.
If an individual’s session exceeds the balance they’re authorized to use, they can simply pay the difference during checkout.
(Pro tip: To avoid confusion, add a short note to your booking confirmation like “Redeemed $150 from Company XYZ Gift Card ending in 1234.”)
🧾 For Individual Gift Card Holders
Your digital card works the same way but belongs exclusively to you.
Use it on any eligible Studio B session or artwork purchase until the balance is gone.
Balances never expire and can’t be redeemed for cash.
