Purpose: The Lake Oswego Leadership is gathering this information as part of a "Legacy Project". Our project is to create a comprehensive guide of all local 501 class non-profit organizations that serve the Lake Oswego Community.
Submissions will be categorized in a printed resource, The Giver's Guide as a free promotional tool for your services, and distributed in any way affordable to reach as many givers in our community as possible.
Beneficiaries/Categories: Arts, Church/Spiritual Center, Community Activism, Education, Health Care, Seniors, Social Services and/or Youth
How: Have an authorized party of your 501 class non-profit submit this form.
