This page answers the most common questions so you can review, select, and order your images without needing to email first.

What You’re Seeing in Your Gallery

You may notice filenames ending in -2 or -3.
These are the same base image shown with alternate crops or effects. They’re simply options to compare and can often be applied to other images in the same set.

Retouching – What’s Included

All images you purchase receive professional retouching at no extra charge.

This includes:

• Skin cleanup and blemish removal

• Stray hair cleanup

• Minor adjustments for polish and consistency

Additional retouching is available if requested.

How to Choose & Order

1. Mark your favorites using the star icon

2. Add images to your cart and select Digital Media or your preferred product

3. If others are helping choose, they can use Send My Favorites and share them with you

4. Apply your promo code before checkout to use any prepaid credit

Digital File Delivery

Purchased digital files are delivered in two formats:

• Print-ready files for professional printing

• Web-optimized files for websites, LinkedIn, and fast loading

Files are retouched before delivery and sent by email.

Prints & Products

Printed portraits are produced by a professional lab using archival materials designed for long-term display. Wall portraits arrive frame-ready or mounted, depending on the option you select.

Yearbook Images (If Applicable)

Order the digital file of the image you’d like to submit.
If you provide your school’s specifications, we’ll crop accordingly.

Final files are delivered by email. Uploading to the school system is the client’s responsibility.

How to view, select and order your images.

1 - Click “OPEN GALLERY” on your main page.

2 - At the top of the grid view, choose Info to see all prices. These will appear with each image as you select it for ordering.

3 - Click the first image to enlarge, notice file name above images. (file names don’t appear in grid view)

5 - You are now back in grid view - Click “FAVORITES” from the top menu.

6 - If you have two images to compare, click “COMPARE PHOTOS” for a large white dot to appear in the upper left corner. Click that to compare. Drag the bottom right corner of your browser window toward the left to see the images closer together.

7 - You can remove any of these from favorites, and also “SEND FAVORITES” to help with your decision. PLEASE NOTE: Your gallery is private. That link will only open by logging in with the email that you chose to share with. They will enter their email to validate, and then again to log in with the password to your gallery. Here’s a message you can copy/paste into those instructions, or share the link to these instructions - https://www.studiobpdx.com/viewing-tips for them to send YOU their favorites.

“Once you enter your email, you will see our main gallery page. Just click “OPEN GALLERY”, re-enter your email and then our password [###] to see our favorite images…”

8 - Now that you’ve finished your favorites, (and combining those of others if you like) you can place your order from your FAVORITES by clicking the red “BUY PHOTO” button in the upper right corner OR the cart icon beneath an image.

9 - Add all of your items to the cart. If you were provided a discount code for pre-purchases - YOU MUST ENTER YOUR DISCOUNT CODE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOPPING CART - BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT. Discount Code box will appear beneath all of your cart items to the left of your screen. Once you enter the code, your new balance will appear.
